This story begins with my being bored. So then it follows that I should seek something to rectify this situation. So, I thought "Maybe I should draw some comic pages?" What a brilliant idea! But, that would mean I would have to write a script or at least have a plot for a proper page layout...Too much work for the half-dead of mind. So! I looked upon my coffee table and what do I see? *GASP* A Calvin and Hobbes Book! That would work!

I flipped through it's pages and came upon a strip that seemed suitable and began my work. Two...or three weeks later I finally finished ^^;. Eheheh

I drew this a while ago, and when I drew it it wasn't even a complete drawing. A few days later I saw it and finished the sketch and started inking. Then I dropped it again for, oooohhhh about a week and a half. Then I finished inking and scanned it. I started Photoshopping it, adn at this point I readily admit that I SUCK at using PS! (I don't know how to use it and I don't have time to learn how to -___-;;; ). Another week later and I finally go back to it and finish it just for the sake of finishing it.

Despite my evident lack-of interest in this project I like it well enough. First time ever drawing Calvin and Hobbes as anime-styled people (First time seeing them like that too).

I think I'm going to revert back to traditional media for a while, because I just don't have the patience or experience to work with Photoshop.

Every time I read my favorite comic book Calvin and Hobbes, I always keep wondering if Calvin is smart or stupid. I mean one minute he does stupid things and another minute he says something really smart, weird 🤔but that why I love this classic comic 😄
